Refunds

Crown Imports complies with Australian consumer law and believes in secure eCommerce. We will provide a 30 day money back guarantee policy to all purchases, returns are at the buyers expense and items must be in original sealed packaging.

In order to be eligible for the money back guarantee we must be notified within 30 days and receive the order back to our premises within that time period. We can only refund money paid for the order, not the freight cost to you.

We can not issue a refund after the 30 day time period has ended. All refunds will be carefully considered and given at the discretion of the Crown Imports Pty Ltd Management.
